Within that challenge I can find peace and sing within myself ! Everyone who knew float knew this to be true . I never seen him upset , angry , vindictive or EVER claimed he was the best at breaking , but ALWAYS ...ALWAYS ....even to his competitors ,...showed professionalism , a smile and was charismatic ! Haha same thing. Seems to be legendary video here in Finland. Rotated through my crew in 2000s. I hope somebody still has it, it might be that even i have it at some storage box as we watched it alot in my room back then, with boty 96-2000 and Radiotron with the legendary clip of Flat-Top dancing to Paul Hardcastles Rainforest. In the Bendable Banana Slugs video two pop-locking scenes catched my soul. One is where the guy is pop-locking on top / at side of a bridge edge and other hes doing drunken dance under the bridge. Those two left mark that never left my dancing soul. The almost Charlie Chaplin like comedy and acting combined with those amazing dance moves is just something i still look up to.

Good to see that Focus takes the L on this one. It was a clash of perspectives on breaking with Focus somehow showing musicality and flava even with the garbage beats that RBBC1 has these days and Hong10 wanting to show signitures and levels of difficulty. The video doesn't tell the whole story either as Focus had some subtle movements that don't translate to video and Hong10 had extra complexity like doing his halo while rotating to keep his burns directed at Focus, which is next-level difficult. Honestly, Hong10 did what he set out to do better than Focus did, so he deserved the W on this one (Renegade always calls battles wrong, lol). But Focus showed how deadly a groove and funk approach can be. If he'd gone a litle more well-rounded, who knows, but that wasn't really what he set out to do.

Nah i disagree. Theres a tradition to up hold here in Hip Hop culture allowing things that are not Congruent with the tradition and values of the culture puts it in jeprody. Not saying we shouldnt be accepting and open to new things but we cant just eveything fly
